This strategic role requires a forward-thinking individual who can identify new business opportunities, nurture relationships with existing clients, and drive our business to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities; develop tailored sales strategies to approach potential clients and close deals effectively.
• Build and maintain successful relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that deliver value.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and market conditions to identify opportunities, trends, and challenges that could inform our business strategies.
• Meet or exceed sales targets; provide sales forecasts and progress reports to the management team.
• Attend industry events and conferences, representing Metrixa professionally to enhance our reputation and develop further opportunities.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in digital marketing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including SEO, SEM, social media, and analytics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong client relationship management skills and ability to network professionally.
• Ability to independently identify and develop business opportunities.
• Proactive, driven, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a strategic and analytical mindset.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
